I do not write about it but often but it is often on my heart. We do not do Classical Conversations, we have a classical style homeschool. It's so important as the facts are the foundation of all the maths! I didn't realize that yours was a special needs family also. I'll have to check out the resources that you mentioned, although Bethany is pretty low functioning. I don't know if Classical Conversations would be a good fit for her.
